Aitiip Aero puts at the disposal of industry our value chain to carry out complete projects both, from the point of view of design, manufacture, assembly, testing and tuning, and from the point of view of certified quality philosophy EN9100. Our know-how and lifelong learning with our customers in the industry have enabled us to meet the challenges inherent in global projects. The SERVICES integrated by aitiip Aero in order to provide solutions both jointly or individually the most appropriate, are the next:
- Design and product development (CAD) tools as both parts.
- Virtual simulation /verification (FEM)
- Complete Tooling Manufacturing (PEAU, HOTFORMING, RTM, etc.) in different materials and different technologies (conventional machining, SLS, welding, forming, thermoforming, etc.)
- Optimization of tools, functional tests and trials.
- Manufacturing direct SLS parts.
- Design and manufacture of wind tunnel models.
- Pre-series/prototypes in composite.
MATERIALS we work for all types of molds, models, tools and finished parts:
- Steel, aluminium, INVAR and resins (NECURON, PUR, EPOXI,…)
- All types of thermoplastic polymers (PEEK, Polyamides, ABS, …)
- Composite materials:
- Parts and prototypes made of carbon fibre, aramid, glass, etc.
- Development of light moulds for the processing of parts in and out of autoclave.
