Injection molding is one of the main plastic molding processes used in industry, as it is offered as a technology with which to manufacture a wide variety of products. The reduced operational times involved in each process also allow high production levels to be achieved.

In this sense, injection molding is part of Aitiip's strategic technological capabilities. For this reason, dozens of companies from all over Spain have come to the facilities of the technology center to attend the second edition of the advanced technical course in plastic injection, which has been taught by José Ramón Lerma, an expert in the field.
During the session, the participants enjoyed four hours of theoretical classes in which they were able to delve into the most important concepts of injection molding. They also had the opportunity to learn about the INN-PAEK project and the process by which the flange wheel was manufactured. They were also able to witness firsthand the progress made by INN-PAEK, as the soluble inserts were on display in showcases. During the last phase of the course, the participants were able to practice on one of the injection molding machines that Aitiip works with at its facilities.
