This workshop is a step forward in this productive methodology, for those companies and professionals who decide to reinforce their productivity and face the future challenges of the plastic injection molding industry.
The syllabus, based on the work of the expert in this field José R. Lerma Valero "Advanced Handbook of Thermoplastics Processing", of more than 400 pages, will be taught by the author in three training blocks starting from the basic concepts of injection molding (ouputs, thermodynamic behavior, speeds or Delta P), through the execution of the process (progressive filling, switching systems, Rpm, portability between machines, etc. ....).In addition, participants will have the opportunity to attend the practical session on state-of-the-art machines, which Lerma will lead on Aitiip's production lines.
In the words of Lerma, who has more than 40 years of experience in plants, this course is "essential" for mastering the injection molding process. Attendees will also receive the advanced manual together with a pendrive containing 20 spreadsheets. This is a complementary tool that will be used during the course of the sessions, as an additional element to optimize decision-making when determining the most robust and consistent parameters of the injection process.
